Online booking for service businesses
Your customers see your services, your team and the hours you are genuinely free, and book straight from the browser. The link goes into the channels you already have — your site, Google, Instagram, a QR code. The schedule stays yours: every change goes through you.
Example of a public Bookr booking page: the customer picks a service, sees available times, books, and receives a confirmation email.
Fewer obstacles
Every step between “I need an appointment” and “it’s booked” is a chance to give up halfway. Bookr removes the steps that do not need to be there — without changing your site, your domain or the channels that already work.
The booking page is yours and carries your name. Your customer does not end up in a list beside other businesses.
They open the link and book in the browser. Nothing to install, no account to create, no password to remember.
No more “are you free Thursday at six?”. The available times are already in front of them, drawn from your real schedule.
Bookr does not rearrange your schedule on its own. It shows you what you could do; the decision stays yours.
Plug in, don’t replace
Bookr plugs into the website you already have, your Google profile, Instagram, a QR code in your space and your Google Calendar. You do not have to move your business’s digital presence into a new ecosystem to take bookings online.
To be straight with you: Bookr does not bring you new customers. It turns the demand you already create into booked appointments.
How it works
That is the whole experience. There is no step six.
They see what you offer, how long it takes and what it costs — and, if they want, who will look after them.
Only hours you are genuinely free, based on your working hours, your team and the appointments already in the book.
Name, email, phone. No account and no app — all in their own browser.
A confirmation email with a link to change or cancel. For appointments booked more than 48 hours ahead, an email reminder can be scheduled.
Cancellations
A cancellation does not have to stay an empty hour. On Growth and above, Bookr spots the gap that just opened and shows you which waitlist customers fit it.
Automation that helps you decide.
Not automation that decides for you. Bookr never books anyone in by itself, never moves anything in your calendar, and never sends anything without your approval. It hands you the option; you press send.
The waitlist is on every plan. Gap detection and temporary holds start on Growth.

What Bookr does
Bookr keeps the booking itself clean and organises what comes after it: confirmations, clients, changes and the week ahead.
Your customer books on a Sunday night without waiting for you to reply.
Durations, prices, who does what and when they work. Available times fall out of that.
A confirmation email with every booking. For appointments booked more than 48 hours ahead, an email reminder can be scheduled.
From the link in their own email. Fewer calls about moving an appointment by a day.
Appointment history, contact details and a list of everyone waiting for a slot.
Connect your calendar so hours you are already committed to are never offered as free. Outlook support is planned.
Who it is for
If your day is a schedule of times and people, Bookr fits — whatever the trade.
Same product for everyone. The services, the durations and the hours are yours.

You are not handed an empty account. We build your Bookr with you and hand it over ready to take bookings.
SMS and WhatsApp are optional add-ons: they require setup, customer opt-in and provider configuration, and usage may be billed separately. Bookr does not take money from your customers, and never books, moves or cancels an appointment on its own.
FAQ
No. They open the link and book in their browser, on a phone or a laptop. Nothing to install and no account to create.
No. Your Bookr booking page stands on its own and can be shared as it is. If you do have a site, you can either link to the page or embed the booking form inside your own pages.
No. You pay your plan and nothing else on the value of an appointment. Bookr does not take money from your customers — you handle payment exactly as you do today.
The time is freed immediately and anyone can book it. On Growth and above, Bookr shows you which waitlist customers fit the gap, and the time can be held for whoever you notify. It never books anyone in by itself.
We build your profile and public page together, enter your services with durations and prices, add your team with their working hours, and write in your policies. We run a test booking, change and cancellation, check the emails arrive, hand you your link, QR code and embed code, and walk you through managing appointments. It is a one-time fee, invoiced separately from the subscription.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Bookr is not a business directory. It works on the demand you already have — from Google, social, your website and referrals — and turns it into booked appointments.
Yes, that is the point. The same link goes in your Instagram bio, your Google profile, a button on your site, a QR code in your space, or a message.
Confirmation and reminder emails are included on every plan. SMS and WhatsApp are optional add-ons on Pro: they require setup, customer opt-in and provider configuration, they are not unlimited, and usage may be billed separately. Viber is not supported today.
On Growth and above, Bookr looks at your coming days and suggests how they could be organised better. They are suggestions, not actions: nothing is booked, moved or cancelled without you.
One link, real availability, and a schedule that stays yours.
